In terms of strength, aluminum structures are not much inferior to steel elements, but at the same time, due to their low weight, they can significantly reduce the weight of the entire structure – and this is a decisive factor when working with this material. The aluminum profile lends itself well to various processing, it is easy to cut, drill, mill and clean welding joints. The manufacture of aluminum structures often requires specialized processing such as stamping, die-cutting, laser cutting of aluminum, and so on.
Usually the final stage of production is powder coating of aluminum structures or parts thereof in a color according to the RAL catalog. Our production has one of the largest powder coating chambers for painting overall structures, and small chambers for smaller structures and metal products.
Finished structures are packed and sent by carriers to anywhere in Ukraine and the world.
